I provide the visits myself, so we can get to know each other and build a comfortable routine. You can tell me what you enjoy, how you like to spend your time and what would make a visit worthwhile for you.

You might enjoy a chat at home one week and company for a trip out another time. I also offer support for social outings, appointments and day trips, with the arrangements discussed together.
Companionship can sit alongside practical help with everyday jobs. We can agree your priorities and the time needed for the visit. My service does not include personal care, nursing or medication management.
Keeping family in the picture
If you are arranging help for a relative, you are welcome to contact me to discuss it. I will also want to understand what the person receiving the visits would like.
Optional family updates are available by email, text or WhatsApp after visits, with the client’s agreement. We can discuss who should receive an update and what they would find useful.
